Round 2 of the Euro Nitro Series at Rucphen delivered another strong performance for Team INFINITY across both Nitro categories.
In the 1:8 class, it was Simon who secured the overall victory after a close battle at the front of the field with Dario. Once again, IF18-3 customers formed the largest group in the field and demonstrated outstanding pace throughout the event, with five drivers qualifying for the Main Final. Dario Balestri was the fastest INFINITY driver in qualifying, securing second on the grid, setting the fastest lap of the final, and leading for the majority of the A-Main. Francesco Tironi also delivered an excellent recovery drive from seventh on the grid to finish on the podium in third place.
In the 1:10 200mm category, our IF15-2 drivers dominated the event. Reigning World Champion Jilles Groskamp claimed his second consecutive Euro Nitro Series victory of the season, once again leading an impressive one-two finish together with teammate Carmine Raiola. The result further strengthens INFINITY's position at the top of the championship after another exceptional weekend.
