A historic weekend for INFINITY at Aigen-Schlägl, Austria, as the team celebrates a spectacular double victory in Round 3 of the 2026 Euro Nitro Series.
In 1:10 Nitro Touring Car, Jilles Groskamp delivered another outstanding performance, taking his third consecutive victory of the season and, with one round still to go, securing the 2026 ENS Nitro Touring Car Championship title. Starting from TQ, Groskamp was in control throughout qualifying, setting the fastest time in three of the four rounds with his INFINITY IF15. It was the perfect demonstration of the pace and consistency that have defined his championship campaign.
In the 45-minute A-Main, Groskamp turned pole position into a dominant victory. The reigning World Champion controlled the race from the front and crossed the finish line one lap ahead of the field, completing a remarkable third consecutive win and adding another ENS title to his career. Behind him, Carmine Raiola produced a superb drive for INFINITY. Starting from P8, the Italian fought his way through the field with a strong and consistent performance to claim third place overall and another INFINITY podium.

Dario Balestri delivered a masterclass. Starting the final from the front row after qualifying P2, the two-time World Champion immediately put pressure on pole-sitter Kurzbuch. Seven laps into the race, an incident changed the complexion of the final, but Balestri needed no second invitation. Once in front, the IF18-3 driver never looked back.
For the remaining 43 minutes, Balestri controlled the race with remarkable consistency to take his second ENS victory of the 2026 season, following his win at the championship opener in Germany.
Another double victory and two championship leading performances… Congratulations, Jilles and Dario! Definitely an unforgettable weekend in Aigen. With one round still remaining, the 2026 ENS season has once again highlighted the excitement of the Series and the competitiveness of our products.
