We are pleased to announce that we will be releasing the
"INFINITY IF18-III 1/8th Scale GP Racing Car Chassis Kit(Ver. ZERO)" for the participating racers.

CM-00013X IF18-3 Ver. ZERO is a pre-sale special edition of the IF18-3, which will be officially announced and sold in mid-November.
It is available to all drivers who have entered the World Championship with an INFINITY car.
Please contact the Hobby shop where you normally purchase your INFINITY products to express your interest, leaving full name to place your order.
Hobby shop will pass the IF18-3 Ver.ZERO kit to you once received.
The IF18-3 Ver. ZERO kit will be on sale from October 5 to October 13, 2023.
Expected shipping date: October 6, 2023 (limited to one per customer)

Main features of IF18-III Ver. ZERO
Driving stability has been greatly improved by refining various parts based on the data accumulated through many big races with the IF18-II.
In particular, the shape of the main chassis and the area around the rear bulk have been changed to increase rigidity of the chassis and provide stronger rear grip.
In addition, the layout of the rear stabilizer has been redesigned. The long reach sway bar, which exhibits relatively mild characteristics, has been laid out in a lower position for a more direct feel. The stabilizer effect can be felt more accurately and a more consistent setup is possible.
The rear shock stays have also been updated. The shock mounting angle and upper arm mounting position can now be adjusted in a wider range.
Around the front, the structure around the lower arm end has been changed and hook-type aluminum spacers have been adopted to increase strength and at the same time make it easier to adjust the width of the vehicle. The wide shock stays, which were previously optional, are now standard equipment to increase response and keep the front tires from losing grip at the end of corners.
In addition, a new carbon battery plate with two fixed points on the front and rear has now been adopted. The chassis flex is now improved to achieve smooth cornering while maintaining the high longitudinal rigidity of the main chassis.
Ventilated brake discs, which are especially important for GP racing cars, are equipped as standard. The disc is larger in diameter than conventional ones to provide stable braking power. The brake pads are made of heat-dissipating aluminum plates and Teflon pads for better control.
The clutch is newly designed with a φ35 lightweight small-diameter flywheel to improve engine pickup. The clutch weight has also been newly designed to increase mass, allowing the driver to feel the throttle feel of fine spring adjustment.

GRAPHITE ONE-PIECE TOP DECK 2.0mm (IF14-2FWD)
Compared to the kit's standard two-piece top deck, this one-piece top deck allows for a wider range of chassis flex setups.
By adjusting the number of screws that secure the motor mount, the car can be tuned for a wide range of track conditions.
Furthermore, the use of M3x5mm titanium screw pins (B04305PT) further expands the range of setups.

CARBON CENTER STIFFENER SET (IF15-2)
This is a new optional part designed to increase the IF15-2's longitudinal rigidity, thus increasing on power traction and adding rear stability.
This part was used by all 9 IF15-2 prototypes that made it to the A main final at the IFMAR 1/10 IC World Championships in Thailand in 2022.

This is a new optional part that increases the rigidity of the rear section of the IF15-2, offering further tuning options for all track conditions.
By inserting it from the upper side of the main chassis, the additional parts do not protrude in any way from the underside which leaves and neat and clean look.

IF14-2FWD RS KIT
The USP2 shocks from the IF14-2 Team Edition are now standard items, further lowering the center of gravity and improving handleing! The drivetrain also features an aluminum differential outdrive and lightweight D.J. CVD joints as standard equipment for lighter weight and superior throttle response. The proven suspension geometry provides stable grip and traction regardless of track conditions.

• NEWLY DESIGNED USP2 SHOCK AND SHOCK TOWER
  The latest USP2 shocks and special shock towers brought over from the IF14-2 Team Edition kit. This contributes greatly to the lowered center of gravity of the chassis.
• NEWLY DESIGNED INTEGRATED REAR BULKHEAD
  With a FWD chassis there is no need for a rear differential, so the IF14-2FWD RS features a rear bulkhead specifically designed for the FWD platform. This results in fewer parts for easier maintenance. New RS-specific design compatible with USP2 shocks.
• ALUMINUM DIFF OUTDRIVE
  Lightweight aluminum gear differential outdrives are now standard. Hard-anodized for superior durability. Lighter rotating parts contribute to improved throttle response.
• LIGHTWEIGHT D.C.CVD JOINT
  Lightweight D.C.CVD joint made of lightweight, high-strength super-duralumin (A7075). Throttle response is improved by reducing the rotating mass, while front tyre wear and understeer is reduced.
• ADJUSTABLE REAR UPPER CAMBER LINK MOUNT 
  Adjustable aluminum upper camber link mounts are also standard on the rear, for greater setup freedom in the upper arm mount position.
• SERVO MOUNT INTEGRATED MOTOR MOUNT
  To achieve the ideal front/rear weight balance, the servo and motor had to be designed with a compact laid out. This was achieved with a motor mount with integrated servo mount machined from highly rigid A7075 material, one of the key components of the IF14-2FWD. In addition, a graphite motor mount support plate is installed to increase pitching rigidity, resulting in a very rigid motor mount system.
• ADJUSTABLE REAR CHASSIS STIFFENER
  One of the most unique parts of the IF14-2FWD, is the full length graphite rear chassis stiffener. Extending from the center of the chassis to the rear of the rear bulkhead it allows you to adjust the rear pitching stiffness and chassis flex characteristics infinitely and quickly.
• STEERING SYSTEM
  The IF14-2FWD has a newly developed compact steering system that drastically reduces the space occupied by the steering system. This allows the servo, motor, and battery to be placed as close to the front axle as possible, achieving an ideal front-rear weight balance.
• BALANCING BUMPER WEIGHT (85g)
  A special 85g balancing weight is mounted inside the front bumper. When the foam bumper is installed, it is completely hidden and does not spoil the cool look of the chassis. The chassis layout features the battery on the right side of the chassis with the electronics on the left side which together with the bumper weight provides an ideal front-to-back and side-to-side weight balance.
• GRAPHITE SEPARATE TOP DECK AND MAIN CHASSIS
  The IF14-2FWD requires a well-balanced main chassis and top deck to achieve the ideal chassis flex and pitching stiffness for a FWD touring car and the IF14-2FWD features a separate top deck for the front and rear to help achieve this ideal chassis flex and balance.
• COMPATIBLE WITH BOTH SHORTY AND STANDARD STRAIGHT BATTERIES
  The IF14-2FWD is compatible with both standard straight batteries as well as shorty batteries with excellent weight balance. You can enjoy with which ever battery suits your situation. Only for use with 7.4VLi-Po battery with a hard case.
• FRONT AND REAR LOWER SUSPENSION ARMS
  The new design of the lower suspension arms features an updated shape, length and material. Tyre grip has been maximized and corner speed increased offering faster lap times and easy control. The arm also incorporates a shock lever ratio adjustment system, which is one of the most distinctive and important parts of the IF14-2.
• SUSPENSION MOUNT
  The suspension mounts continue to follow the IF14 inspired “separate” style but are now more lightweight and mount directly to a fixed suspension block on the chassis. Special shims can be placed between the suspension mounts and block to precisely adjust geometry.
• LOWER BULKHEAD AND SUSPENSION MOUNT
  The suspension mounts are now independent from the lower bulkheads and mounted directly to chassis. This increased stiffness around the front and rear bulkheads help to provide a more direct feel when driving.
• ADJUSTABLE UPPER CAMBER LINK MOUNT
  The new upper camber link mounts are now separated from the upper bulkhead. This allows for the camber link mounting position to be fine-tuned with spacers, offering a wider range of suspension settings and fine-tuning.
• PRO GEAR DIFF
  Standard in the IF14-2FWD RS is the Progear diff featuring ball bearing support on the diff shafts for smooth and stable operation over a long period of time. For easy maintenance the outdrive cups can be replaced without disassembling the diff body. Optional aluminium outdrives can be fitted to further reduce weight.
• ALUMINUM TURNBUCKLE
  All turnbuckles are machined from duralumin and feature red anodizing. High strength and light weight at the same time, helping support the hubs and maximize the grip of the tire.
• HIGH QUALITY BALL BEARINGS
  High-precision ball bearings are used in all areas of the car. A Light oil-lubricated version is used for the IF14-2FWD RS, which further reduces rotational resistance.
• HIGH PRECISION AND HEAVY DUTY STEEL 4.9MM BALL END
  A heavy duty, high-precision hard steel 4.9mm ball end with a very smooth ball surface is used throughout the IF14-2FWD RS.

• 新型USP2ショック
  IF14-2チームエディションキットから譲り受けた最新USP2ショック及び専用ショックタワー。シャーシの低重心化に大きく貢献。
• 新設計一体型リアバルクヘッド
  FWDでは、リアバルクヘッドにデフを収める必要がない。ならば、FWDに特化したリアバルクヘッドにした方がよいのではないか。その考えに基づき、FWDツーリングカーに必要な剛性と重量をバランスさせたリアバルクヘッドをIF14-2FWD RS専用に新設計した。USP2ショックに対応したRS専用新設計。
• アルミデフアウトドライブ
  軽量なアルミ製ギヤデフアウトドライブを標準装備。ハードアルマイト処理を施し耐久性に優れます。回転物の軽量化によりスロットルレスポンスが向上します。
• 軽量D.J.CVDジョイント
  軽量・高強度の超々ジュラルミン（A7075）を使用した軽量D.C.CVDジョイント。回転物の軽量化により、スロットルレスポンスが向上します。さらにフロントタイヤへの負担も軽減され、レース終盤のアンダーステアを軽減させる効果も期待できます。
• アジャスタブルリアアッパーキャンバーリンクマウント
  サスペンションアッパーアームマウントポジションのセットアップの自由度を高める、アルミアッパーアッパーキャンバーリンクマウントをリアにも標準装備。
• サーボマウント一体型モーターマウント
  理想的な前後重量バランスを実現するために、サーボとモーターをコンパクトにレイアウトする必要があった。これを実現したのが、高剛性なA7075材から削り出した、サーボマウント一体型モーターマウント。IF14-2FWDを構成する重要なパーツの一つ。さらに、ピッチング剛性を高めるため、グラファイト製モーターマウントサポートプレートを装着。これにより非常に剛性の高いモーターマウントシステムが完成した。
• アジャスタブルリアシャーシステフナー
  IF14-2FWDで特徴的なパーツの一つ。シャーシのほぼ中央から、リアバルクヘッド後端まで伸びる非常に長い、このグラファイト製リアシャーシステフナーは、リア周りのピッチング剛性やシャーシフレックス特性を、無段階にそしてスピーディーに調整することが可能です。
• ステアリングシステム
  サーボマウント一体型モーターマウントをコンパクトに作っても、それを可能な限りフロントアクスル軸に近づけなかれば意味がない。IF14-2FWDでは、コンパクトなステアリングシステムを新たに開発し、ステアリングシステムが占めるスペースを大幅に削減。これにより、サーボ、モーターそしてバッテリーを極限までフロントアクスル軸に近づけることに成功し、理想的な前後重量バランスを実現した。
• バランシングバンパーウェイト（85g）
  フロントバンパー内に搭載される、専用バランシングウェイトは85グラム。フォームバンパーを装着するとその姿は完全に隠れ、クールなルックスを損ないません。このバランシングバンパーウェイトと、サーボマウント一体型モーターマウント、コンパクトなステアリングシステム。シャーシ左側にバッテリー、右側にRCメカ類をレイアウトしたシャーシレイアウトで、理想的な前後左右の重量バランスを実現。
• グラファイト製セパレートトップデッキ及びメインシャーシ
  FWDツーリングカーとして、理想できなシャーシフレックスとピッチング剛性を実現するためには、バランスの良いメインシャーシとトップデッキが必要。重量物がフロントに集中するFWDでは、フロントのフレックスとピッチング剛性のバランスが重要になる。IF14-2FWDでは、トップデッキをフロントとリアでセパレート化し、理想的なシャーシフレックスを実現。
• バッテリーはショーティ、スタンダードストレートの両タイプに対応
  重量バランスに優れたショーティバッテリーはもちろん、一般的なストレートバッテリーにも対応。お手持ちのスレートバッテリーでそのままお楽しみいただきます。使用できるバッテリーは、ハードケース仕様の7.4VLi-Poバッテリーのみです。
• フロント& リア ロアサスペンションアーム
  形状、長さ、そして材質と全てを見直した新型ロアサスペンションアーム。タイヤのグリップを最大限に活かしたコーナリングとトラクションを発生させ、コントロールしやすい特性とした。さらに、ショックレバー比アジャストシステムを内蔵し、IF14-2において最も特徴的で重要なパーツである。
• サスペンションマウント
  サスペンションマウントは分離式を継続採用。サスペンションマウントとサスペンションブロックの間に専用シムを挟むことで、より細かなジオメトリーセッティングを簡単に行えるメリットは大きく、IF14でも実証されている。
• ロアバルクヘッド＆サスペンションマウント
  ロアバルクヘッドからサスペンションマウントを分離させ独立化。前後バルクヘッド周りの剛性バランスを見直しタイヤへの入力特性を見直した。アッパーバルクヘッドはUSPショックに対応し低重心化。
• アジャスタブルアッパーキャンバーリンクマウント
  アッパーキャンバーリンクマウントをアッパーバルクヘッドから分離。間に挟むスペーサーによって、アッパーキャンバーリンクマウントポジションを微調整可能とし、サスペンションセッティングの幅の拡大、微調整化を実現。
• プロギヤデフ標準装備
  デフシャフトをボールベアリング支持とすることで、スムーズで安定した作動を長期間に渡って維持することを可能にしたプロギヤデフを標準装備。 アウトドライブカップを別体構造とすることで、デフ本体をバラすことなくアウトドライブカップを交換することが出来、オプションのアルミデフドライブカップデフに交換したセッティング変更も容易に可能としている。
• アルミターンバックル
  使用しているターンバックルは、すべてレッドアルマイト処理を施したジュラルミン削り出し。高強度でありながら軽量。絶妙な剛性でタイヤのグリップを最大限引き出します。
• ハイクオリティボールベアリング
  IF14-2FWD RSではすべての軸受に高精度なボールベアリングを使用。電動カーに適したオイル潤滑仕様とすることで、回転抵抗のさらなる低減を図っている。
• 高精度、高強度鋼鉄製4.9mmボールエンド
  IF14-2FWD RSではボール表面を非常に滑らかに仕上げた、高強度・高精度なハードスチール製4.9mmボールエンドを採用。

REAR SUSPENSION ARM SET(Long Upper Type/IF18-2)
By extending the upper arm ball end boss by 3.5mm, the upper arm can be lengthened without any difficulty. The hole in the upper arm itself, which is combined with the upper arm, is also deeper, so it can be used in its shortest setting. Its now possiible to use this part for wide range of settings.
