IF18-3 setting parts

Machined from high quality A7075 aluminium material. IF18-2 knuckle upper and lower insert. Prevents misalignment during a crash and enhances steering response during cornering. This bushing is used for -1mm/+1mm (trail/reverse trail) of the upper pivot.

When assembling these parts first remove the front knuckle upper. Place the offset bush into the knuckle upper from the outside. Then pass both M3x14mm slim head screws through the knuckle upper from the inside and tighten the 3mm nylon nut on the outside.

This set of Φ8.5mm titanium ball screws is for use with the IF18-2. (Set includes 4 normal size and 2 long size) For smooth and light driving.

New 0.8 module spur gear designed for high precision, high strength, and high durability. Gear specifications have been redesigned to provide uniform backlash for all tooth number combinations. The tooth width of the 2nd gear spur gear (R0409T56-T58) has been increased by approximately 12% to achieve even higher strength and durability. *Cannot be used in combination with conventional 0.8 module spur gears (R0247-60-62 and R0248-56-58) to prevent gear breakage. *Pinion gears for IF18-3 (R0384T18, R0384T19, R0385T23, R0385T24) must be used.

A spacer/insert set that matches the fuel tank capacity of IF18-2 with the regulations of international races such as IFMAR. The use of lightweight titanium screws inside the two-speed unit contributes to improved engine pickup. The screw head is shaped to achieve the lightest weight possible.

Lightweight and strong 64 titanium material is precision-machined to increase the overall length and ensure rigidity even when the rear upper arm is set at its longest setting. (Use with R0343 is recommended)

The belt teeth are hard and highly accurate offering good compatibility with the tooth profile and material of the pulleys helping to maintain excellent drive efficiency.
